Refund Policy

mariesweb.com may, but are under no obligation to, honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of a physical product sent by mail or courrier: : At its discretion, mariesweb.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item and requesting delivery.

Download issues: If you have problems that prevent you from downloading the product, mariesweb.com may recommends that you first contact the support team for your browser, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your computer technician provider, as mariesweb.com ensures that all our digital (downloadable) products can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network. Digital products will not be refunded if our logs show, based on your IP address or otherwise, that  you have downloaded the product and the sales page mentined that there would be no refund.

Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If you can demonstrate or if we come to the conclusion that a defect that cannot be fixed even with a replacement product, prevents you from using the product properly, we will refund you.

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to examine thoroughly (with sales page description, testimonials, video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) any product offered BEFORE making a purchase.
